Water-Based Color Packs

Smith’s WSC Waterborne Solid Color Packs were developed as a premium pigment polymer dispersion which allows the contractor to use a single-color pack across several water-based products, such as Smith’s Epoxy FW38, Smith’s Poly-SEAL, Smith’s Poly-WB Polyester Polyurethane and Smith’s Epoxy VCB³⁸.

Smith Paint Products set out to develop Smith’s WSC with the following minimum standards:

• Work in multiple resin platforms without accelerating or slowing the product cure rate
• No effect on chemical resistance
• Barely any impact on stain resistance vs. clear
• No impact on sheen / gloss
• No pigment float or color flip
• Easily dispersed into coatings
• Minimal odor
• Good resistance to fading
• U.V Light Stable
• Good Opacity
