Designed specifically for concrete with very high residual moisture, this two-component system creates a strong, reliable moisture barrier that prepares your surface for coatings, floor coverings, or decorative systems.

Chem Proof SC can be broadcast with color flakes, quartz, or silica sand to create a custom look or provide slip resistance. With the ability to withstand up to 25 lbs of moisture vapor emission per 24 hours per 1,000 sq. ft, Chem Proof SC ensures your floors remain protected, durable, and ready for long-term performance.
